The Daily Stoic- 366 Meditations on Wisdom Perseverance and the Art of Living Book Review

The Daily Stoic- 366 Meditations On Wisdom Perseverance and the Art of Life is a daily devotional book of stoic philosophy. The book was co-authored by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman and is Holiday’s fifth book, and Hanselman’s debut. I had high expectations, and I was not disappointed. In fact, I found the book quite helpful in my personal life.

I’ve never read a daily Stoic devotional before, but I’ve always admired them. The Daily’s 260 pages of Stoic wisdom and exercises are easy to understand, even for those who don’t know much about philosophy. I was enlightened by the historical anecdotes, provocative commentary, and glossary of Greek terms. The Daily’s insights on how to live a more peaceful, successful life have been incorporated into daily routines and have made a lasting impact on my life.

The Daily Stoic is a daily devotional. It features the wisdom of the ancient Stoics, which is reflected in the lives of some of history’s greatest thinkers. The philosophy is not simply a classroom exercise. It is a way to improve your life and achieve your goals. The Dailys are an excellent choice for any person looking to make a difference in their own life.
