A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder Book Review

This book is an enjoyable mystery novel that can be read anywhere. It takes place five years after a schoolgirl was murdered by her boyfriend. While the case has been closed, the girl’s boyfriend has not been apprehended. Pippa Fitz-Amobi, the school’s most popular senior, isn’t so sure. She is working on a senior capstone project, and a murder investigation is in her future.

The book starts with the death of a teenage girl named Andie Bell. She died in a septic tank after choking on her own vomit. Sal Singh’s killer is never caught, and this case has an incredibly interesting story. Pip is a brilliant detective, but her skills are limited. This is a difficult case, but she is determined to clear her brother’s name and bring the killer to justice.

This dark and suspenseful crime thriller keeps the reader turning the pages. There are plenty of twists in the plot, and a satisfying ending is just the beginning of the adventure. The story is told through the diary entries of Pip Fitz-Amobi, who is just 17 years old. In the end, Pip clears Sal’s name and tries to solve the case by sifting through old papers, newspaper articles, and interviews.
